A. წ. On July 4, the Georgian Association "Women and Business" held a seminar on "EU Open Market, Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA) - Latvia Experience and Results". The seminar was opened by Nino Elizbarashvili - President of the Association. The seminar was led by Eduard Filipov - Chairman of the Board of the Latvian Business Association and Gunta Misan - International Expert, Advisor to the Latvian Business Association
The aim of the seminar was to approximate the requirements of the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (DCFTA), promote export and increase competitiveness, share entrepreneurship, European and international standards and Latvian experience, raise public awareness and ways to solve them, raise civic awareness, organize civic awareness. And enhance cooperation.
The following topics were discussed at the seminar:
- Deep and comprehensive free trade area - the key to the EU market.
- Small and Medium Business Support System - Access to the EU Market, Latvia Experience
- DCFTA - Green Economy, Resource Search
The seminar was attended by representatives of the Georgian National Platform of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum, the Georgian side of the Civil Society Platform and the civil society working on the issues of European integration provided for in the Georgia-EU Association Agreement.
